Dr. Elekiah Anguko is a Kenyan Research Scientist with expertise in Molecular Virology, Genomics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, and Artificial Intelligence for infectious disease surveillance.

His research focuses on understanding the molecular and genomic temporal patterns of respiratory viruses, zoonotic pathogens, and arboviruses across tropical Africa. He has contributed extensively to surveillance and genomic evolution studies involving RSV, Coronaviruses, and Influenza viruses.
